South Sound Radiology will file both primary and secondary insurance claims. Please be aware that many insurance plans require pre-authorization for certain radiological procedures. In some cases, insurance benefits may be reduced or eliminated if the insurance company has not given prior approval.
An Explanation of Benefits may be needed to bill a secondary insurance company. It is recommended that you review your insurance policy and contact your insurance company prior to having any medical services to determine eligibility, coverage level, authorizations, limits, etc.
Please bring your insurance cards and claim or referral forms when you visit our office. For insurance plans not accepted by South Sound Radiology, you will be responsible for the full charge less any insurance payments received by our office.
